Learning from experience and seeking information to produce revolutionary results are my key traits.At Mastek, I was leading an R&D department (25 members) of P&C - Insurance. I helped P&C division (Now known as Majesco) to build its identity in the US market on cutting-edge technology. Being part of the ideation team we built the Low-code platform for P&C - Insurance Domain (year 2011). I architected foundation by identifying the right set of technologies and mentoring developers to build world-class products which were recognized by GARTNER and xCelent. I helped to grow the team (Core Product Engineering) from 3 to 40 members. The platform generated multi-million dollars in revenue and continue to be the preferred choice for development with strong SI partner ecosystem (IBM, Capgemini, Deloitte, PWC etc.) More than 500 developers are trained on platform to deliver Insurance solution.In my own venture, we Ideated and built a product to ease knowledge management while vendor transitioning. The product was exclusively built and sold to Capgemini. 2019, when world was just talking about AI, we integrated Google AI services on cloud infrastructure and video processing technique.My interest in software development ranges from building scalable and secure applications using Cloud, Infrastructure automation, and Big Data technologies. I have a strong understanding of User Experience and expertise in Web Technologies like Spring, JEE, Webservices, Elastic Search, Geospatial, NodeJS, Angular, Selenium, Terraform etc along with a focus on automating operational activities.Amongst top 20 performers in Mastek for consecutive years (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011)Technical architect with Polyglot experience.
