13.5 + years of experience in promoting FPOs,entrepreneurship development, value chain analysis, financial modelling, organising and conducting training programs and capacity building workshops across the value chain of agriculture and horticulture sectors;currently associated as Senior Manager with HDFC STREE Project and acting as SPOC for the state of Chattisgarh. Earlier to this was working as Agribusiness Manager with Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Development Society, World Bank funded Project.In addition to this I have worked as an subject matter expert with the Maharashtra Agriculture Competitiveness Project, Rajasthan Agriculture Competitiveness Project and ABPF intervention in Punjab. I have considerable experience in diagonostic and baseline studies involving value chain studies and commodity profiling. Extensively involved with the Maharashtra Agriculture Competitiveness Project and has played a pivotal role in organizing related seminars, providing business development services and market linkages for FPOs as well as in reviewing their business plans. In addition to this have considerable experience in value chain analysis, business models, project profiling, market research, capacity building programs and training sessions.
