   Guided the team through integration with the broader BlackRock Engineering team post-acquisition. I implemented comprehensive training and upskilling programs to align the team with BlackRock\'s technology stack. I led the development of some key foundational components of the new Cachematrix integrated platform with Aladdin which provided enhanced operational efficiency and enabling seamless client onboarding to the new platform.A significant aspect of my role involves leading Cachematrix Data Platform, QA Engineering and Technology Operational Risk Management for entire Cash Technology. I develop and implement Technology Risk Management process in collaboration with BlackRock’s Risk and Controls and Information Security teams. I institutionalized monthly risk reviews with all Engineering leads to foster a proactive risk management culture within the Cash Engineering organization.
