Responsible for setting up Operational control mechanism in Breweries and spirits Division of ABB Group. Reporting Directly to Executive Director and working in sync with Board of directors to transform operational control mechanism and Spearheading Brewery expansion project ( INR 125 Crore) from 0.5 million Hectoliter per Annum to 1.0 million Hectoliter per annum1. Statutory approvals for plant expansion from State Pollution Control Board, State excise, Directorate of Factory, Explosive department and other related authorities 2. Vendor selection on technical and commercial merits, Legal contract preparation and order placements.3. Setting up review systems with Vendors to track project progress and taking lead role in all the project reviews as a central coordinator. Internal and external stakeholder Management in order to ensure pace of the Expansion project kept on track.5. Setting up OBEYA Room in line with lean management principles in Brewery division as a pilot project. Planning proposed layout keeping in view internal and external logistics for proposed expansion on Beer division. Ensuring Budget is kept under control while spearheading the expansion project. Optimising head count for Beer Division. Coaching and mentoring change management principles amongst Brewery operational team members 10. Setting up cross functional operations review feedback system and S & OP systems11. Technical and statutory Due Diligence for acquisition
