As a Product Compliance Manager at Lindy Electronics, I lead the company\'s efforts in ensuring global compliance with environmental regulations, including hazardous chemicals management and sustainability initiatives. I play a key role in integrating product compliance requirements across multiple business functions worldwide, ensuring both regulatory adherence and sustainability goals are met.Key Responsibilities:• Manage compliance with global regulations (REACh, RoHS, POP, CP65, TSCA, PFAS, FCC, EMC, LVD, RF) and maintain accurate records (REACh Docstore, SCIP, CMRT).• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate across teams to address compliance gaps and implement mitigation strategies.• Lead efforts in product lifecycle management (PLM), new product introductions (NPI), Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives, focusing on sustainable and eco-friendly practices.• Support sustainability by ensuring compliance with packaging, batteries, and circular economy regulations, including EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and CSRD.• Collaborate with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and customers to stay ahead of emerging trends and ensure compliance with environmental goals.• Provide regulatory guidance to sales, supply chain, and commercial teams, ensuring global product certifications and safety standards.• Investigate and resolve compliance incidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures to uphold sustainability and reduce environmental impact.I am passionate about driving sustainable practices, promoting circularity in products, and ensuring compliance with eco-friendly regulations such as packaging, batteries, EU Ecodesign ESPR, and the CSRD regulation.
