Complete control checks for SOX and Audit to ensure complete compliance and ensure adheres to client Policies and procedures. Prepare monthly journal entries- Ariba Accrual /Actual entry, FX Reval variance entry, GL Reclass entries & write off entries. Reporting of GRIR aged items to procurement team for the cleaning up. Involved in blueprinting activities for a leading process transition. Remote knowledge transfer from client during COVID19 period Creation and Updation of SOP\'s US Sales & Use Tax Operations duties- Utilizing Corpsales,excel,and various internal reports,prepares tax returns and payment for assigned states. Ensures that tax accounting transactions are recorded accurately and that clearing account are reconciled on a timely basis. Responds to inquires concerning tax compliance from Enterprise Accounting services, Finance business partners, Centres of Expertise, and other internal departments. Partners with Architecture and construction Information Resources, and the administrative accounting staff to identify and resolve tax accrual issues._Ensure compliance with client policies.
