PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • As a Rolling Stock Consultant experience in train design document review and approval, manufacturing process monitoring, validation, testing and commissioning, system vendor review and approval follows the contractual and standards requirements. • Depot M&P like Pit wheel lath, Pit Jacks, Mobile Jacks, Road Rail Motor (RRM), Car Coach Washing Plant, Bogie Turn Table, End Buffer stop and other design reviews, site inspection, required interface with Rolling stock with respect to train functionalities, design approval, progress monitoring and integration testing. • Rolling stock integration testing with Signalling, Telecom requirements froze and complete the interface testing in the DMRC-RS3, DMRC-RS9, DMRC-RS10 and DMRC-NRS1 projects as per GoA2, GoA3 and GoA4 requirements. • Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Train Control Management System, Propulsion system, Auxiliary Power Supply System, and High-Tension system (VCB/PT/Surge Arrestor/EGS/Main transformer system/Master controller), • Experience in the Preparation of documents for SECP/HECP/ Regression test procedure and Quality check O&M manuals for train equipment. • Experience in caring out ATP/ATO/UTO Interface tests with the Signalling system for RS3, RS9, RS10 and NRS1 Project. • Interface test with Subsystems (Train Radio/AVAU/CCTV, BECU, CI), Basic knowledge of other train equipment such as Brakes and Pneumatics, Doors, HVAC, PAPIS/CCTV. Good knowledge of VCC (Vehicle Control Circuit). • Provided Training to Train Operator and Maintenance personnel.
