Field of Interest Responsible for plant all Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation part.• To ensure schedule maintenance of all PCC & MCC,33KV Transmission line, Transformer, VCB, ACB, DG, UPS etc.• Troubleshooting of PLC (Rockwell & Siemens), Drives, SCADA, control valves, PID, FM, RTD, PT & PG etc.• Scheduling and planning of Preventive, Predictive & Corrective maintenance of Krones lines.• Finalization of AMC of all critical equipment as DG set, UPS, Cold rooms & Solar system etc.• To analyze daily reports, root cause analysis, coordinate with other department, job deployment & planning etc.• To maintain 5S & initiate Kaizen for the optimum performance of equipment.• Scheduling and planning of maintenance, spares management & cost management• Calibration of all instruments as per FSMS requirement.
