Responsible for achieving sales targets (Monthly, Quarterly, and annually). Maintaining relationships and generating revenues with existing customers and new business development. Responsible for managing operations (service) and ensuring high quality of customer experience. Collection Payment and over dues. Work with R&D, technical sales, and operations closely to meet customer needs. Cold calling and Territory Mapping. Responsible for product Trial and Demonstration. Pipeline and lead generation in salesforce.com Responsible for cross-selling Cleaning Equipment, Machines, and Engineering services as well. Technical Discussion with the party, conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems. Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites or in industrial facilities. Develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance crews. Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems. Prepare contract documents. Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates. Understand the customer’s requirements and educate the customer about the product and services. Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and the systems. Techno-commercial Discussion. Project execution and management. Helping organizations to achieve sustainability goals by giving end to end water solution and implementation TCO projects at site.
