He joined Blue Star E&E as Financial Controller in December 2016 and has since held several leadership roles. He has been instrumental in transforming the Financial and Commercial functions at Blue Star E&E and has played a key role in the company’s Medtech expansion. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved significant milestones in streamlining commercial operations, optimizing capital employed, and improving cash flows—thereby enhancing profitability and strengthening the balance sheet. Yogesh also spearheaded the establishment of refurbished operations for Blue Star Medtech Solutions in India, leading the development of a state-of-the-art Medtech facility that adheres to the highest quality standards. He continues to drive regulatory and government affairs while championing strategic corporate initiatives that enhance business efficiency. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Certified Public Accountant (USA), Yogesh collaborates closely with business verticals to drive growth initiatives and operational excellence.
