I’m an IT Operations & Automation Analyst with over 4.5 years of experience improving system reliability, incident management, and operational efficiency for large-scale enterprise environments. At TD Bank, I’ve automated several high-impact workflows — including a Power Automate solution that routes incident alert emails directly into Microsoft Teams channels for faster triage and SLA compliance. I’m also proficient in tools like DataDog, Azure, Power BI, and ServiceNow for full-stack observability and reporting. Currently, I’m transitioning into AI-enhanced operations by learning Python and exploring OpenAI’s APIs to integrate intelligent features like log summarization and RCA suggestion into IT workflows. I see immense potential at the intersection of traditional Ops and modern AI. I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto (2018–2020), and I’ve worked on projects involving Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, and Embedded Systems.
