As the Head of Human Resources and Member of Farm Executive Council at Mahindra Group, I provide HR leadership for the market leader in the farm sector for over three decades. I have over 20 years of experience in HR business partnering, strategic HRM, leadership development, employee value proposition, talent management, HR transformation, and org. culture and change management.My mission is to enable the growth and performance of the farm division by aligning the human capital strategy with the business strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and developing the capabilities and potential of our people. I have successfully led and implemented various HR initiatives and programs, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment, the Leadership Tools of ILS and OCS certification, and the Relationship Management Programme, to enhance the employee engagement, retention, and productivity. I also partner with the senior management and the executive council to drive the vision and values of the Mahindra Group across the division.
