Supporting the business teams and suppliers in SASA(Supply Area South Asia) region.Ensuring IKEA requirements related to quality compliance are met by IKEA business partners within SASA.In my role as a Quality Specialist at IKEA, I drive quality assurance across the South Asia region by leading Gate Checks prior to first deliveries and ensuring adherence to the four-eyes principle. I conduct audits in line with IKEA’s global GO/NOGO standards and work closely with Business Team & Suppliers to implement corrective actions and strengthen compliance.I lead cross-functional projects focused on root cause analysis and long-term resolution of quality deviations. With a strong focus on capability building, I coach internal teams and suppliers on structured problem-solving tools like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto etc.I also contribute to global Quality initiatives, global and local trainings, develop common working methods, and support seamless onboarding of new team members.My work ensures consistent quality, risk mitigation, and alignment with IKEA’s high standards in a dynamic and growing market.
