Works on-site for AT & T in Mexico City and remotely supporting to SPARK, New Zealand.Within the scope of my role, I provide consistent support as per requirement for the purpose of commercial Network outages and network performance issues. I also play a key role in testing, improving and deploying LTE small cell for in-building solutions.I am solely responsible for the management of network progress reports circulation with all vendors and maintaining ATP, WCC Signoff from various customers. Moreover, I oversee all aspects of installation, acceptance test, survey and configuration of ATP11B, EMF and SCFT/SSCVT. I am accountable for E2E Network deployment as well the Execution of RF ATP Test Cases; Homologation Test Cases/MOCN Test Cases/New Feature Testing on field as per client needs. Additionally, I also conduct tests and ensure that the radio frequency circuits and related systems function smoothly. Furthermore, I drive end-to-end LTE deployment and rollouts for timely completion on FIELD as well as in LAB within set quality norms. One of my main jobs includes evaluation of LTE Availability; Call Control norms and Pre-Post KPI (key Performance Indicators) Comparison for final solutions.One of my main jobs is to head collaboration project with JIO, instruct project leads and internal teams for optimization of internal process verification and project execution. Apart from the above stated, I work directly with RF teams and LTE project unit to improve network efficiency and make analysis on the data collected.My extended role is to undertake periodic meeting with all stakeholders to track ongoing project status comprising DT route validation & finalization as per customer and project specifications. It is followed by capacity planning on congestion of sites & recommend measures; new capacity cell sites, RRH swap, 4th sector deployment.
