LiaisonAs a Block Coordinator, I support the effective implementation of education and STEM-based interventions across multiple schools within the assigned block. My work focuses on improving Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), strengthening remedial learning, and enabling STEM engagement among students through structured field support and school-level coordination.I work closely with field mentors (FLN Mentors & STEM Mentors), school leadership teams, and government stakeholders to ensure high-quality program delivery, data-backed monitoring, and meaningful learning outcomes at scale.Key Responsibilities Program Implementation & MonitoringEnsure smooth delivery of FLN, remedial learning,and project guidelines.Conduct regular school visits to monitor classroom processes, mentor performance, student progress, and learning indicators.Oversee the usage, maintenance, and documentation and sports infrastructure.Track monthly and quarterly milestones aligned to project goals.Team Leadership & Field SupportProvide academic and operational support to FLN and STEM Mentors.Prepare monthly action plans, review performance, and facilitate capacity-building and peer learning sessions.Mentor field teams to improve lesson delivery, assessment practices, and school engagement. Teacher & School EngagementWork with school heads and teachers to build ownership for FLN and STEM initiatives.Support teacher training, demonstration sessions, use of teaching-learning materials, and activity-based learning.Promote STEM integration and hands-on learning methods in classrooms.Government & Community CoordinationCoordinate with CEO/DEO/BEOs, BRC/CRC officials, SMC members, and block-level authorities.Facilitate community engagement events, parent orientations, and student showcases. Documentation & ReportingMaintain MIS, school data, assessment reports, and monitoring.
