Bank (Brokerage Service Transaction)Responsible to review and setup client & advisor instructions for Account Transfers, Money Movements, Bank Setup, Asset Management. Support Regulatory Reconciliation & Reporting activities to ensure the operational integrity of firm’s books and records. Drive operational objectives to define, implement, measure, and support the Advice and Wealth Management operation’s model by ensuring: −Service delivery in line with defined metrics around Service Level Agreement, Critical to Quality (CTQ) & Critical to Compliance (CTC) − Risk management governance facilitated by internal & external audits, driving effective RCAs, KRIs and KCIs and ensure “Any Time Audit Readiness” − Collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate Voice of Customer program that help address service issues & improve client/advisor service experience − Foster Business Process Reengineering targets by process simplification, ideation, standard work thus improving process efficiencies − Integrate Technology with enhancements like Robotics, Automations, and advice efficiency & cost savings − Analyse Cycle time and improve process efficiency and reducing SLAs Creation, updating and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Handled escalations by addressing process issues on a regular basis. Involved in mentoring and guiding all team members. Managing and checking work is done per compliance based on Regulatory Body rules Responsible to check all Money Movement transaction requests are completed before market cut-off
