Motto: I bring unified, living breathing approach to yoga,with a world of experience and sees the wisdom of the east and west come together as equals. For me yoga, is an integration of practice and philosophy, as well as art and science.Course : Authentic creativity and joyful expression are invited in my classes through flowing sequences and sustained stillness of postures and I try to be attuned to the ways in which the modern teaching/learning of yoga is entangled with complex social inequalities. While I am undeniably a part of these entanglements,I do my best to actively resist the marginalization,exclusion and elitism that can permeate yoga spaces. I invites you to embrace SIMPLICITY,PATIENCE and COMPASSION as you deepen your practice and your connection with your true self & encourages deep self-inquiry, awareness of the breath, mindful presence to sensations in the body.My classes are infused with the philosophy that we are engaged in a process at all times which can be illustrated by finishing ant statement with “yet”: “ I can’t do this (yet )”… “I’m not flexible (yet).” If we can be involved in the process and not focused solely on the outcome, then both the process and the outcome may be surprising and rewarding. We are explorers-discovering poses, discovering mental clarity, discovering how we deal with day to day challenges and maybe, discovering some spiritual awareness. Oh,yeah –and it helps to keep a sense of humour about all of it.My teachings are determined by the constantly evolving education receive from my Guru’s,from my personal practice and from my students. With a deep sense of gratitude,I Myself bows to all my Guru’s, friends,well-wishers & family members.
