Carolyn Chittilappilly is a globally acclaimed wellness consultant & writer, yoga educator (E-500 RYT, QCI Level 2), food consultant, fitness model, and graduate in Finance & HR. After a stint with two of the big 4\'s (Deloitte and KPMG) in accounting and finance, Carolyn decided to pursue her passion in food writing and yoga. She completed her studies at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams (TTC, ATTC) and has gone on to study Ashtanga Yoga from the Paramaguru Sharath Jois at KPJAYI/SYC, Mysore. She is currently pursuing her MSc. in Yoga Studies from SVYASA and a Masters in Buddhist Studies from Nalanda University. She has worked with various athletes, corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals. She\'s closely working with the Indian Hockey team (Men\'s) at SAI Bengaluru.She has practiced with senior teachers from the Bihar School of Yoga and Iyengar lineages. She also facilitates teacher training programs and was the cult.fit training academy lead and has trained and mentored 300+ trainers across the world.Her teaching style reflects her passion and dedication to the art and discipline of traditional yoga.Carolyn has been teaching yoga since 2016 and has been practicing for more than a decade.Her mission is to change the world through yoga, one breath at a time.Carolyn also enjoys studying about Ayurveda, Psychology and is also an NLP Practitioner.Apart from teaching yoga, Carolyn also works with various brands to promote wellness and sustainable living in the hospitality and food space.
