As a Plant Head, I am responsible to manage the healthiness of Assets with reference to the Contracts and Client requirement.*Adherence of Health Safety Security and Environment as per the company standards and Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes, and develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risk.*Participated in Various HSE, Security and Commercial related audits by External and Internal auditors at site Level. Identified the potential areas of risk and recommended improvements to internal controls and processes, resulting in significant cost savings for clients.*Involved in fulfilling government compliance like CEA/CEIG, Labor License, Factory License and applicable compliances.*Responsible to abide all the Contractual obligations which agreed in contracts by both the parties.*Preparation of applicable LD/Bonus report sheet of TEA and PR as per the agreed contractual numbers.*Lead and conducted internal failure analysis and the RCA process, working closely with Operations and Asset Management personnel.*Involved in revenue-oriented activities like JMR, Invoicing, business development with the clients.*Handling more than 200 manpower at site level which include own staffs, security staff, module cleaning and grass cutting staffs.*Techno commercial support to SCM team for vendor devolvement, Defining SOW (Statement of Work) for O&M contracts and contract implementation on ground.*Identification and selection of vendors for plant level work with procurement and taking follow-ups from PR to PO with Procurement.*Vendor identification for AMC of the testing & calibration of equipment & instruments.*Response to customer complaints & queries on high priority and fortnightly meeting with client’s management and follow-ups and preparation of the MoM Points.
