I\'m a professional VP of People with over 20 years of experience in organizations with thousands of employees. I have expertise in HR Development, Business Planning, HR Consulting, Quality Management, Executives Coaching, Strategic Planning and Management. Proven track record in developing cross-company synergy, building organizational strategies and managing global HR processes – including recruiting candidates from abroad and managing projects on a global scale.HIGHLIGHTS OF EXPERIENCE- Managing and leading people, processes and projects from different areas across units in the organization with a strong emphasis on excellence, employee connectivity, integrity and reliability, initiative, customer service and motivation at work- State Representative in the International Committee for developing ISO Standards for HR and a partner in international forums on the subject- Launched a set of supportive cross-campus Employee Engagement processes at Tel Aviv University; built a five-year plan and executed the department’s transition to digitization and paperless computing, including a form server and a workflow system- Led the Standard’s Institution certification for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, conducting a survey of each law, developing an ethical code, and implementing it in the organization. Built a collective agreement with the Histadrut, the workers\' committee, and the finance commissioner after 4 years of negotiations- Headed an agreement with the Tnuva workers\' committee that enabled a 3-year streamlining process that trimmed manpower and introduced incentives into all production and operations departments- Helped build a company (ORS-Granot) from the ground up - infrastructure, marketing systems, a customer base, recruiting candidates and handling clients to position the company at the regional and national level- Managed projects abroad related to recruiting candidates and volunteers, leading processes that created a connection to Israel, working with universities abroad regarding processes and joint projects with Tel Aviv University- Introduced an online learning system (LMS) on the Blossom platform in order to allow distance learning without the need to physically arrive at the office.I\'m always happy to grow my network.
