I lead the clinical vision and direction at OHR, where we provide trauma-informed, real-time support for individuals in emotionally fragile, in-between moments—when traditional systems step back, but people still need help functioning day to day.I design and oversee customized care plans that include daily contact, peer support, clinical oversight, and family guidance. I supervise our support staff, provide clinical oversight on every case, and step in directly for complex or high-acuity situations.My role includes:Creating individualized care plans tailored to emotional and functional needsCoordinating multidisciplinary teams and building support structures from the ground upProviding trauma-informed guidance to clients and familiesEnsuring clinical integrity, safety, and responsiveness in every caseSupporting transitions after treatment and preventing regression during instabilityAt the core of my work is a deep respect for each person’s humanity and healing process. I make sure care is not only clinically sound—but also relational, flexible, and truly supportive.
