I lead a Media Studies course at the Architectural Association. The course explores CNC fabrication to promote timber as a construction material. Students are encouraged to study the rich tradition of Japanese joinery to create contemporary joinery connections and speculate on sustainable construction techniques. Others use CNC to study site and landscape.
