Global Proxy Distribution (GPD) Operations team• Supporting the end-to-end Proxy voting chain for Global Custodian Banks and Institutional Investors.• Managing direct to register proxy voting for Germany, UK and Switzerland.• Ensuring correct and timely vote submission to registrars/agents via paper, CREST or SWIFT messages.• Dealing with queries from clients, custodians, registrars and overseeing the group mailboxes.• Analyse and spot-check daily Data Audit Reports using SQL and Microsoft Excel.• Processing vote instructions from clients of GPD Banks through to the bank\'s local market sub-custodians in the agreed upon format (SWIFT, fax, email, online voting).• Coordinating with sub-custodians regarding rejected vote instructions as advised by the local sub-custodians as well as the requirements to lodge vote instructions for meetings with special instructions.• Liaising with registrars regarding the implementation of MX Swift messaging in the German market and taking part in the relevant testing procedures
