Leading, designing & driving ST’s global attraction & engagement strategy online/offline: owning strategy for our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Employer brand framework/principles and content strategy. Oversee of all ww marketing campaigns and TA social media related activities to position ST as an employer of choice- Leading, designing, developing and deploying ST new EVP worldwide project and ensure employer branding messaging aligned - Ensuring a global to local approach, with branding, messaging, and materials. Close collaborate with region/local teams to design of content & collaterals to curate both internally and externally - Manage team to drive editorial content calendar, internal and external communication channels such as social media strategy, website career pages & marketing campaigns - Responsible to activate and drive team around internal and external employer branding sites and platforms (e.g, career st.com webpages, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, job boards a.o.)- Monitoring and ensuring execution of activities around analytics and KPIs of employer branding activities - Align employer branding activities with the company\'s recruiting strategy, mission as well as the current and desired workforce - Partnership with key stakeholders (e.g, business units/divisions/regions/local)- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency with overall Company communication policy & guidelines
