When organisations operate under scrutiny such as regulatory, public, political, or commercial, management systems stop being theoretical. They either work, or they expose risk.I am a Chartered environmental and quality professional and independent advisor specialising in the design, integration, and assurance of management systems across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20121 and ISO 44001. I support leaders who need confidence, clarity, and proportionate control, not more paperwork.My work focuses on harmonising fragmented systems into a single, coherent management framework reducing duplication, audit fatigue, and operational friction, while strengthening governance, accountability, and decision‑making. This is particularly critical for organisations operating across multiple standards, delivery partners, or complex programmes.I have extensive experience supporting major events, infrastructure programmes, and alliance‑based models, including work associated with COP26, the G7, the AI Safety Summit, Expo City Dubai, Yorkshire Water, Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the Infrastructure Strategic Alliance. These environments demand calm judgement, disciplined systems thinking, and the ability to operate effectively where reputational, safety, and delivery risks are high.A growing area of my advisory work is early‑stage gap analysis and transition planning for the forthcoming revisions to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, currently under review by ISO. I help organisations understand- what is actually changing- where existing systems may be exposed- and how to prepare early without over‑engineering or reactive activity.I am frequently brought in when- systems have grown organically and no longer make sense- leadership needs an independent, senior view- or organisations want assurance that their systems will stand up to scrutiny, not just audits.I do not offer generic business consulting, templated systems, or volume‑driven delivery.
