ABOUT YOAN ROSSY
Originally from Seattle, Washington, and now based in Salt Lake City, Utah, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Utah. I am currently conducting research at the University of Utah’s Integrated Multi-Physics Laboratory, where I focus on designing, 3D printing, and testing clay-based samples to investigate their thermo-mechanical properties. My experience includes a variety of projects, such as designing and building a water pump using CAD, programming a robot to target objects in Arduino C, and developing a MATLAB program to simulate integrin motion in a 2D plasma membrane. I am interested in the aerospace, automotive, defense, and medical device industries.
