About Yessika Nall
I love working with and helping people in whatever capacity I can. I am currently an HR manager at a skilled nursing facility. Working in long term care has helped me develop a range of skills including all of the typical HR functions (pre-screening, on-boarding, payroll, time-keeping etc) but more importantly, the interpersonal skills and sensitivity needed to lead and work with diverse groups to achieve organizational goals.When I\'m not doing the daily grind, I can usually be found hiding somewhere reading a book, fishing (really just sitting on the boat while my husband does the catching) or hanging out outside. I also enjoy cooking, mostly very spicy food.
