I started my career as a manager of dental clinics in Colombia for “Sonria” dental group. With the same organization I moved to Mexico City as Commercial developer and General Manager gaining a vast experience in sales, marketing and management. Over the last 9 years, during my time at Lapointe Dental group, I was able to improve my management skills and master to a perfection the Quebec dental market. In addition, I contributed extensively to the organization’s growth during the process of clinic’s integration. Throughout my entire career, I have focused on honing my communication skills, being highly proactive and having a strong sense of leadership. With my skills in business strategy, operations management, training, human resources and budget management, I create strong relationships with teams and clients.
