Emmy Award-Winning leader with 15+ years of experience in spearheading projects and cultivating high-performing teams. I excel in orchestrating end-to-end experiences within specified timelines and budget parameters. My expertise spans content creation for digital and linear platforms, tentpole events, as well as project, production, and talent management. I am also known for my ability to collaborate with C-suite network executives, artists, agents and label partners to ensure that productions run smoothly and meets the needs of all parties involved. Program Development Throughout my career I have driven the program development and strategy of some of the most popular shows aired by Viacom. For example for MTV Push, I hired and directed a Los Angeles based crew of up to 25 members to produce high quality content compacted into a 2-day shoot and collaborated with MTV and record labels on strategically rolling out this content for the upcoming month to promote the hand selected artist and grow their awareness and fan base. Production Management and Operations One of my main mandates when it comes to production management is ensuring that the show’s operations are running efficiently and deadlines for deliverables are being met within a given budget. As a Production Manager for Comedy Central’s show The God’s Honest Truth, I maintained the production schedule for all in-studio shoots to achieve 100% on time project delivery and heavily monitored all associated costs such as chargebacks, payroll and vendor invoices to ensure cost effectiveness of production and it complied with financial regulations. Talent Management and Relations When working in the entertainment industry, building and maintaining positive relationships with talent and their respective representation is key to producing a high quality show/performance.
