ABOUT LIZA KOPAIEVSKA

I am a professional in Organizational Development and Change Management. I hold a BA in International Development from LCC IU and just graduated from Lund University with MSc in Management. Further, I successfully conducted three student exchange programs during my studies one in Spain and two in California, USA. Living and studying in more than five countries allowed me to develop my intercultural and adaptability skills, speak fluently four languages, experience different work cultures, and communicate with multiple international stakeholders. I am a very proactive person and always thrive on taking on new challenges. I can work under pressure with tight deadlines and take on big responsibilities. I thrive and develop in an environment with collaboration and a good team spirit. Regarding my interests, I am passionate about social sustainability, organizational development, and change management.Being part of non-governmental organizations and bringing a positive impact on the communities is my life-long goal. I have been a proud member of the Rotaract Club for over 3 years, where I conducted my nine-month-long Public Relations Internship. I am seeking to expand my experience in the area of change management and organizational development, and bring companies to more equal, innovative, and sustainable economies.
