Will compete with 12 universities in the 2027 Flight Selection Review for potential launch and on-orbit mission execution.• Manage technical requirements and maintain the requirements verification matrix to ensure balance across sub-systems and mission success.• Author documentation for phase A reviews per the NPR 7120.5 tailored to our mission’s scope.• Conduct risk identification and mitigation using NASA standard risk informed decision making.• Generate verification and testing plans for each requirement in the requirements verification matrix.
