Semiconductor executive and public-company CEO with 35+ years of experience building, scaling, and transforming global technology businesses across processors, AI, power, display, and advanced compute markets.I currently serve as President, Products at Velaura AI (formerly Auradine, Inc.), where I co-founded the company with leading industry entrepreneurs and R&D talent to build a next-generation ultra-low-power compute platform for data center, edge, and physical AI applications. I co-authored the Product Requirements Document for our Ultra Low Power Compute AI solutions, defining direction, power-performance objectives, and system-level differentiation.From October 2025 to February 2026, I served as Chief Operating Officer of Auradine prior to its transition to Velaura AI, leading R&D, operations, and product strategy across ultra-low-power AI and blockchain compute technologies.I previously spent 11 years as CEO and board member of a U.S-listed semiconductor company, leading the organization through a financial restatement, litigation, restructuring, and strategic alternatives. During that period, we restored profitability to $344 million in cumulative net income, eliminated $227 million in debt, divested a $450 million foundry business, and negotiated a $1.4 billion sale agreement (later transaction was blocked by CFIUS). We also rebuilt the OLED driver IC business from $40 million to more than $300 million in annual revenue.Earlier in my career, I led Cavium’s OCTEON multicore processor division, scaling it to approximately $250 million in annual revenue with 80% gross margins prior to its acquisition by Marvell. I also held general management and strategic marketing leadership roles at Intel and Samsung and co-founded API Networks (known for HyperTransport and Alpha CPU solutions), later integrated into AMD’s server group.Across public companies, startups, and global technology leaders, my focus remains consistent:• Architecting differentiated product roadmaps• Driving design-win–led revenue growth• Executing disciplined operations and restructuring• Building high-performance engineering organizations• Creating long-term enterprise value
