Led end-to-end personalization infrastructure for Amazon Q-Business (Q-Personalize), owning design, implementation, and launch from private beta to GA while coordinating multiple engineers across the org. Delivered an ECS Fargate–based low-latency inference stack (p99 < 100ms) with full auth, CloudTrail audit, and security/PenTest readiness. Now powering Amazon AtoZ (20k beta users), AWS QuickSight Q and multiple Amazon Q applications as part of a high-visibility S-teaminitiative, while eliminating EC2 host patching and maintenance overhead.• Drove cross-team Recommender integration between Amazon Connect and Personalize by authoring HLD/LLD, defining API contracts and data models, and building the DAO layer, workflow Lambdas, and multi-step Step Functions.
