ABOUT YIXIN CHEN

I am a 3rd year undergraduate student majoring in Experimental Psychology at University of Oxford. Some of my courses include Probability Theory and Statistics with R, Social Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, Cognition, Perception, Developmental Psychology, and Clinical Psychology. I am currently looking for people-centred opportunities in areas such as learning and development, human capital management, etc. My experiences as a Research Assistant at the University of Oxford and as a Management Consulting Intern at Accenture have sharpened my analytical and research skills. These roles have enhanced my abilities to handle complex data and to understand diverse market dynamics. In addition, during my experience as FBP Learning & Development Intern at CHANEL, I designed numerous digital training courses, analyzed learning performance data, and contributed to creating engaging learning experiences. This internship has solidified my passion for empowering others through education and professional development. Moreover, my role as Women’s Vice Captain at the LMH Boat Club, University of Oxford, has significantly enhanced my leadership and communication skills, which I will use to lead diverse teams, drive initiatives, and communicate effectively in my future career.
