ABOUT YIWEI JIANG
I am a Polymer Chemist with a Ph.D. from McGill University, specializing in cellulose-based materials. My doctoral research focused on developing a continuous, high-throughput process for producing cellulose films, enhancing their mechanical properties and water resistance through innovative fabrication and post-treatment techniques. I possess extensive experience in materials characterization, including WCA, WVPT, NMR, XRD, and IR spectroscopy, enabling precise assessment of material performance. Proficient in data analysis, I have optimized processing parameters to drive meaningful insights. My work has resulted in two published papers and one under submission, contributing to advancements in material science.
