As co-host of, I collaborate with disability rights scholar Renci Xie and Baihua Media to create a Mandarin-language podcast exploring disability through personal narrative, policy critique, and cultural commentary. I contribute to episode ideation, co-hosting, and community-centered storytelling, drawing on my background as a filmmaker and Deaf educator. During the piloting phase, I help shape the podcast’s tone and accessibility approach, ensuring cross-cultural resonance between Chinese and American disability communities. The project is supported by Baihua Media’s incubator, with shared responsibilities in content creation, promotion, and grant development.
