Having worked in AI last many years gave me the best times and the most meaningful friendship, helped me find my superpower and drove me through continuous growth. I am a technology leader with a strong business and product mindset. I have built and led dynamic and performance-driven company and teams. I incorporate business and customer-centric mentality into product engineering and empower others to become passionate product builders and creative problem solvers. Through 18 years of being an entrepreneur and building in AI, ML and Data Science, I have worked on AI products for consumers, mobile, data center, AI open-source communities, and now for sales enablement. I am currently VP of AI & Analytics at Seismic. We have an amazing talented team across US, Canada, China and India to build AI and Analytics capabilities across Seismic platform, including Seismic Aura Copilot. Underpinning the platform, our team build AI & Search infrastructure and data platform that supports innovative AI and Analytics experiences throughout Seismic Platform. Previously, co-founder and the CTO of XOKind. XOKind is an AI startup founded with the mission of building smart assistants to help simplify human planning and decision making. Prior to founding XOKind, as the Head of Data Science at Intel AI, I established and led a global team of data scientists and AI researchers, conducting data science for AI software and hardware workload optimization, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Reinforcement Learning (RL) research and building open source tools in NLP/RL/Model compression. I also led data science engagements with enterprise customers to apply AI and Intel products to business use cases. I joined Intel through Intel acquiring Nervana Systems in 2016, where I was a Principal Data Scientist. I joined Nervana systems as an early employee after being a ML/Computational neuroscience researcher at Qualcomm Research after finishing my Ph.D in Machine Learning. It has been a career journey from ML research, applied research, deep tech AI full stack, and then completely on productionizing AI for AI application products and Enterprise software. Not everything was planned, it was driven by the passion of bringing AI to magical product experience, and empower users, and with the help of amazing people I found along the way.

   Led the AI transformation of the Seismic platform, branded as Seismic Aura, delivering integrated, enterprise-grade agentic solutions that powered AI and Analytics capabilities and experiences across the platform- Unified and scaled global AI and Analytics teams, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and talent expansion to accelerate innovation and execution- Established and operationalized responsible AI governance in partnership with InfoSec and Legal, achieving ISO42001 certification and embedding robust safety, compliance, and monitoring frameworks- Delivered measurable business impact by scaling Aura Copilot to enterprise customers with emphasis of Quality, Performance, customer satisfaction and supporting revenue growth- Fostered a culture of continuous AI-accelerated product discovery and delivery with product, engineering and design.
