I built and developed a computational biology unit from scratch, establishing the infrastructure, analytical pipelines, and scientific strategy to support precision medicine and translational research programs. My work sits at the intersection of genomics, computational biology, and machine learning, with a strong focus on extracting clinically actionable insights from complex biological data.I use advanced computational tools and predictive modeling approaches to enhance patient stratification, identify biomarkers, and better understand mechanisms of disease and therapy resistance. I routinely work with RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), whole-exome sequencing (WES), and other next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, applying multi-omics integration to improve the impact of precision medicine workflows in real-world research and clinical settings.
