Redesign from scratch for the outdated in-house Content Management System, which is used by content producers to publish national frontline news. Design the first in-house, machine-learning empowered analytical platform from scratch. Co-design, iterate and streamline an internal design system which didn\'t exist before. Strategize and lead the UX approach for both the product design works of 2 teams (mentioned above) while balancing hands-on design works. Collaborate with multifunctional teams including PM, Dev, Data scientist/engineer, content designer, accessibility consultant, to optimize our design solutions and make sure they bring impact at a national standard.
