ABOUT YINGGUANG SUN
Dr. Yingguang Sun received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario in 2016 and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL in 2013. He is currently working as the Motor Control Technical Specialist at Dana Incorporated. His research and working experiences have the following three focuses: 1. Development of high performance AC motor drives for automotive (EV and HEV) applications, industrial and commercial drives; 2. ISO26262 and AUTOSAR compliant software development; 3. EV and HEV powertrain development including mild hybrid, traction, AC and DC charging, and vehicle communication.
