   Act as the subject matter expert responsible for the engineering analysis and technical support. Provide solutions and resolutions to engineering issues. Implement technical measures to monitor equipment condition, ensuring complies with Seadrill\'s internal requirements and industry standards.• Perform reverse engineering and fatigue analysis of the critical load path machinery parts and utilize the operating data to predict the equipment usage life percentage.• Working with operations and technical teams for ad hoc operational needs, develop alternatives, and propose/implement improvements to long term reliability and total cost of ownership.• Supervise and guide the contractors and vendors on technical issues to ensure the code compliance and the project time, cost, and quality balance.• Develop the drilling equipment condition monitoring platform ALCM – Asset Lifecycle Management system and obtain the ABS certificate of Recognized Service Supplier.• Issue the corporate reports including Technical reports, Directives, and Technical Bulletins.• Review the Management of Change (MOC) request for rig upgrades and maintenance issues.• Ensure the company technical procedures are in compliance with latest international standards.• Assist various rig teams as required in connection with SPS or other long term maintenance.
