Currently Senior Tech Lead in Substrate AI ODIN ML, part of MSAI group. Lead the Data Offering feature crew, with ownership covering Microsoft Data Program, “My data”, “DnD”, etc, providing Office 365-related AI/ML datasets for data science teams. Recently working on eyes-on datasets to help analyzing o365 copilot prompt-response data. The team I lead spreads over multiple geo locations, from China to Latin America. Also coordinating with teams located in India. Nearly 20 years veteran Microsoftie, I started in Window\'s reliability team, grew into a data processing and backend expert through various internal teams. I have joined the Online (Bing) division in 2012 to seek for new technologies in the big data world, and happy that I took the risk and renewed my skill set.
