I have over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, cell and molecular biology, neuroscience research including 15 years of industry experience in research and drug discovery in ophthalmology diseases. I am a passionate researcher with extensive experience in leading a team of PhD scientists and research associates. My expertise lies in discovering and validating therapeutic targets for ophthalmic diseases, including dry eye, dry and wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, and uveitis.
