1. Partner Group Product Manager

   Partner Group Manager for the Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 core Ecosystem team. I lead a multi-discipline team of Product Managers, API architects, Content Developers, Customer and Partner experience, Go to Market, Data Science and Product Intelligence. I\'m growing and scaling one of Microsoft core services as well as incubating a new business opportunity. I\'m responsible for vision, strategy and execution, enabling developers to access Microsoft 365 data via APIs. Under my guidance our team has grown the 3P ecosystem to over one million monthly active apps reaching over 450 million enterprise customers. I have brought diverse talent into Microsoft from across the Americas, Africa and around the globe. I\'m a leader helping shape Microsoft\'s culture, leading and participating in multiple D&I initiatives. I work with cross disciplinary teams across Microsoft to create a cohesive developer platform and API surface for Microsoft Cloud Services, including Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook/Exchange, OneNote, Planner, Excel, Intune and more. In addition to leadership, I’m involved deeply in the technology, architecting APIs, building devX tooling and helping my team run a large scale service that serves over 900billion requests per day for both 1st and 3rd parties. I evangelize the platform through conferences, hackathons and keynote presentations, as well as work directly with ISVs and partners to integrate with Microsoft Cloud Services.
