In this contract role with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), I am responsible for developing all electronic and print materials to support all 10 centers in USAID\'s Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM). Projects include photography, graphics, video, written content, illustrations, branding, and more. I am also the site responsible official for HCTM\'s intranet pages, and am in charge of creating and distributing an HCTM-wide weekly newsletter and two Agency-wide monthly newsletters. This position requires that I work with many different kinds of people from all over the world to develop their visions for their visual products while adhering to the Agency\'s mission and branding guidelines.Significant achievements:• Successfully devised a visual layout for the new HCTM Monthly News newsletter, including a monthly video featuring a different member of the Front Office• Created a Payne Fellows handbook template for USAID/Howard University featuring 2024 Payne Fellows that can serve moving forward as a blueprint for future handbooks
