Currently working at the Data Ethics & Responsible AI team at the Data & Trust Office, my main responsibilities include- Managing the Responsible AI & Data Ethics program at the Automation Intelligence Center of Excellence for B2B products in healthcare, agriculture, sales, marketing, and mobility- Advise and train teams on integrating responsible AI practices and ML/LLM standards into product development, providing practical guidance for ethical AI implementation across the organization- Develop general guidelines as as actionable testing and validation processes to ensure AI systems are deployed safely and effectively- Serve as technical lead for the TELUS Data for Good initiative, sharing data that enables data-driven research while implementing anonymization techniques to mitigate re-identification risks.
