ABOUT YILIN HUANG
As an M.S. student in Business Analytics at Columbia University with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Economics, I find my passion to lie in the combination of business and technology.As a product analyst intern at Pinterest, I have used Python and SQL to advise and help the business understand merchant pin distributions on the shopping platform. As a computer science research assistant, I have self-learned SQL and SPSS research on topics close to our daily lives, such as how people value different categories of personal data. As a FinTech Intern at China Merchants Bank, my group designed a dynamic point system to increase the monthly active user of its enterprise app and received first place among the six competing groups.
