Architected the quality inspection system including data infrastructure (Postgres/S3/ElasticSearch/Kafka), ML platform (Labelling, Model Training, Model Inference)Led the team design and implemented ML platform in Tesla IT which provides autolabeling, model training and one click model deployment. Supported more over labelling projects and 10K+ training job runs. Led the development of high scalable and available multi model inference system. Support over RPS of inference requests across over different model weights. Processing over 100TB of image data every day. Achieved 100% recall across 400 neural nets conducting 50M inspections (and counting) with no confirmed defect escapes in monitored domains.
