Involved in all stages of the software development life cycle. Carried out all developments in a Linux environment (Pop!_OS). Collaboratively, developed a route selection package based on weather and cost data in modern C++ and bound it to Python software suite. The package replaced the old pure Python package and improved calculation efficiency significantly. Worked full-stack on an intake load calculator which simulates the effects of cargo held at different tanks with varying proportions of the volume in a specific tanker. Built user interface and API to handle different tasks. Optimized inefficient scripts with vectorization. Continuously improved legacy codes.
