About Yianni Kinnas
Before pursuing my MBA at NYU Stern, I worked as a consultant and in a variety of technical roles at Epic Systems, a leading healthcare software company. I managed multiple projects for outpatient clients, including a large health system in New York, where I led the optimization of their workflows, data reporting, and user training. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new features and products for the Epic platform. I gained valuable skills and expertise in healthcare, strategy, and technology, as well as in communication, leadership, and creative problem solving.As a business strategy intern at HelpMeSee, I contributed to the development and implementation of a scalable and sustainable business model for delivering cataract surgeries in low-resource settings. I conducted market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder interviews, and presented my findings and recommendations to the senior management and board of directors.
